If you are a community leader, CAI provides board education to meet your needs.

Not quite sure that you are supposed to be doing?
Can't get your arms around the financials and reserves?
Need to know more about the Davis-Stirling Act and the Civil Code?
Do you have a dysfunctional board that hinders starting and finishing projects?
We offer a one-day Saturday workshop that you won't want to miss!
It gives you the basics that you need to govern more effectively and efficiently.
You'll leave the workshop with new ideas, solutions to problems, handouts for future reference and the knowledge that there are more resources and people to help you with your leadership responsibilities.
…and it's approved by the Department of Real Estate as a proper use of association funds.
The course fee includes course materials, continental breakfast and lunch.
The location varies—if you can guarantee 10 attendees, we'll come to your association!
