Job Description: Well-established 48-unit high-rise luxury condo atop Russian Hill in San Francisco seeking a congenial, savvy resident manager with solid facilities and personnel management experience. Staff of 12 full and part-time door and janitorial/maintenance staff. Annual budget of over $1M. Salary for qualified candidates: Approx. 85k w/1 bedroom apartment, utilities, etc., view of Bay, up to approx $105k w/o apt.
