Job Description: The Dorchester is a 108 unit full-service high rise. Horizon Management handles the accounting and administrative back-up. The Dorchester HOA is the employer.

Job Requirements: Requirements: on-site high rise community association management experience and professional designations or transferrable skills. A bachelor’s degree or advanced degree is desirable. Knowledge of high rise building plant systems, HR and applicable laws and codes is essential.
