2024 CAI National Conference
CAI Greater Los Angeles Chapter members and staff turned out in force for the 2024 CAI National Conference & Exposition in Las Vegas.
Chapter staff, Michelle and Andrea, attended the Chapter Leader Training along with Amy Yankauskas, 2024 Chapter President-Elect. Amy was also honored, along with Daniel Carvo and Jan Hudson, for receiving the PCAM designation in the past year.
CAI-GLAC won two awards in the Very Large Chapter category: the Leadership award for "A FOCUSED Committee Structure" (our committee restructuring), and the Member Engagement award for the Executive Leadership Summit.
It was announced that the 2025 President-Elect for the CAI Board of Trustees will be Matt Ober of Richardson Ober. Matt's partner, Kelly Richardson presented "Mandated Reserve Funding? Reviewing State Trends and Federal Lending Guidelines," along with Michelle Underwood from SmartStreet (formerly PacWest).
It was great to see so many of our business partners, managers, and even a few homeowner members at the national conference. See you next year!
