The Legislative Support Committee of CAI-Greater Los Angeles Chapter is hosting a local Legislative Action Day with the opportunity to let your voice be heard with our legislators! We invite you to ride with us on a chartered shuttle as we meet with legislators in the South Bay/Long Beach area.
If your schedule will only allow attending one or some of the appointments, you can meet us at the legislator’s office.
Itinerary –
8:30 a.m. Meet at Common Interest Services office (4030 Spencer St. Suite 104,
Torrance CA 90503) to receive a briefing of current issues and what to
expect when meeting with legislators
9:15 a.m. Board shuttle for first visit

10:00 a.m. Meeting at Senator Steven Bradford’s office (Inglewood)
— 1 Manchester Blvd., Ste 600, Inglewood, CA 90301
11:30 a.m. Lunch
1:00 pm Meeting at Assemblyman Al Muratsuchi’s office (Torrance)
— 3424 W. Carson St., Ste 450, Torrance, CA 90503
2:30 p.m. Meeting at Assemblyman Patrick O’Donnell’s office (Long Beach)
— 5000 E. Spring Street, Ste 550, Long Beach, CA 90815
3:00 p.m. Shuttle returns to Common Interest Services in Torrance
3:30 p.m. Event concludes
Although you may not live in a particular district, the experience of meeting with various legislators will better equip you to reach out to your district and learn how you can effectively protect your investment in the HOA industry.
As a CAI member, this event is complimentary.
